  • I’ve tried physiotherapy and many other treatments out there for many years to little / no results. How do I know you can help me?

  • How is SynPhNe™ different from other GP clinics, specialist clinics, physiotherapists and chiropractors?"
    Most GP clinics often focus mostly on education and medications. Specialist clinics often focus on more invasive procedures and surgery which may not be appropriate for some patients. Physiotherapists focus mostly on muscle-based exercises, massage, rehabilitation, and heat treatments. Chiropractors and osteopaths tend to do manipulations of the spine. At SynPhNe™, we train BOTH your body and brain together as ONE system. Our SynPhNe™ Device captures brain and muscle signals in real-time. With our SynPhNe™ Device, will enable you to understand the "Why" behind your struggles on a brain and muscle bio-signals level and figure out know how you can overcome them.
  • Do I need a Doctor’s referral?
    A doctor's referral is not necessary to get started with SynPhNe™. However, your SynPhNe™ Consultant may request you to check with your doctor for further assessments or with regards to your medical condition and rehabilitation history. This is largely to establish safety and an appropriate level of difficulty in the various exercises and activities.
  • How long do the appointments last?
    Session time varies depending on your condition and your SynPhNe™ Consultant will advise you accordingly. For a typical initial consultation, it will take approximately 1 hour and for subsequent sessions, between 40-60 minutes
  • What do I need to bring with me?
    If you have any doctor’s reports, x-ray films or MRI scans, it can be useful to bring those with you to help us understand your challenges better. In addition to that, we need to know about any health conditions with which you were diagnosed, or medications that you are currently taking. If you can’t remember all the names, please write them down and bring the list along with you.
  • How should I dress for my visit?
    For all SynPhNe™ sessions, we will require you to remove all headgears and any clothing that covers your hands up to the elbow. Hence, it is best to wear sleeveless / short-sleeve / or loose fitted sleeves that can be easily rolled up to above the elbows.
  • After a SynPhNe™ session, can I go to work?"
    Yes. There is no “Down Time” and our users feel perfectly normal and often much better immediately after a SynPhNe™ Go! Session.
  • How do I make an appointment?
    Arranging an appointment is easy! Just call our friendly receptionist at +65 6521 3868 during office hours and an appointment will be arranged for you at your earliest convenience. Alternatively, and if you require assistance outside office hours, you can reach out to us using our contact form or do it yourself via our online booking system here: https://synphne.setmore.com
  • Do you do home visits?
    Yes. We do provide a home visiting service within the vicinity. Please give us a call for more information.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    Yes. For all cancellations/rescheduling of appointments, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. In the event of any cancellation within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, 100% of the session fee will still be charged. If this appointment was made from using a Gift Voucher / Free Appointment, the Gift Voucher / Free Appointment will be deemed as consumed.
  • What are the payment options available?
    We accept Cash, Cheque, PayPal, PayNow and Bank Transfer only.
